Christmas 2022

2022:
This was a busy year for us, starting on New Year's Eve at Mike & Lou Ann's house in Chicago, a week-long trip to Disney World in April, We had Pam and Gary & Hailey and the boys visit the lakehouse in May, then back to Chicago in June for Barb-a-palooza 3 (the fun is is "intense" in tents) mom's 85th birthday where we all camped out in Mike's backyard. Donna and I spent several days in Atlanta for her to attend a conference in July, and I got to tag along as arm-candy, we got to vist Laura and Steve for the weekend while we were there, and stop in to see John Adams on the way home. Jan and Iffi spent some days at the lakehouse in August. 3:43 PM on September 1st, our family was blessed with Oliver Glen Gurgick, a handsome happy healthy baby boy. Donna and I spent much of the year training, her walking, me on my bike, getting ready for the Susan G. Komen 3 Day in September in Chicago. Donna, Rosemary, and their cousin Tracy walked the 60 miles in 3 days, I was again crewing on Route Safety, and Pam and Jo Ann were there as our walker-stalkers. Straight from Chicago to Kansas City to see Mary and Steve's new home, then on to Missouri for our great-niece Faith's wedding. In October we celebrated Rosaline's 2nd birthday, then in November Ethan's 8th and Lucas' 2nd. (we all got older this year.) In December we made our 4th trip to Chicago for the year for a McKernin Family Christmas.
We planned to take this year's photo at Lucas' birthday party, no props, no photoshop. Unfortunately we could not all make it, so we again took everyone's picture in front of a green screen and pasted them together.
