1990:
Big changes this year. This was the year that we moved to Monterey so I could start Russian Language School at the Presidio of Monterey. I had been accepted into the On-Site Inspection Agency's pipeline course to learn Russian and become an Arms Control Inspector. We moved to Monterey in November after Donna and the kids had stayed with Jim and Pam Ramp for several weeks while I found us a place to live. We decided that there was so much to see in Monterey that we shot pictures all over town and put them in a collage.
